Course Details

Are courses live or pre-recorded?

All Futurise courses are pre-recorded to provide flexibility and fit any schedule. This allows you to revise content or rewatch parts of a lesson if needed. We also offer 24/7 live chat support through our AI chatbot for any technical questions.

When do the courses start?

You can start the course at any time as we have no set start or end dates. This flexibility allows you to learn whenever you want, including during or after working hours, or on weekends.

What if I do not pass a Sprint? Can I retake it?

Futurise’s learning approach is focused on mastery-based progression, allowing learners to progress at their own pace. If you do not pass a sprint challenge or assessment initially, you can re-engage with the learning materials and re-attempt the challenge as many times as needed to pass.

How often is course content updated?

Our courses are regularly updated to ensure they remain relevant in the rapidly evolving tech industry, reflecting the latest trends, tools, and best practices.

Who can I contact if we have more questions?

Please reach out to support@futurise.com for further questions.

I'm not a U.S. citizen or resident. Can I enroll at Futurise?

Yes, we welcome international learners from all countries at Futurise! You will receive the same course available to United States-based learners, with classes taught in English.

How long are your courses?

Learners progress at their own pace, moving on in the program by demonstrating competency in each sprint. One ‘sprint’ is equivalent to one day’s work. For instance, a course with 14 sprints would typically take 14 days for a part-time learner (1 to 3 hours a day). Full-time learners can complete the course more quickly.

How are the courses personalised?

Before you begin a course, you complete an onboarding survey where you answer questions about your current role, skill level, and learning goals. Using AI, this data is used to personalise your chatbot responses and generate personalised lessons and quizzes relevant to you.

Technical Aspects

What technical requirements are needed to participate in Futurise courses?

You will need a stable internet connection, a modern browser like Edge or Chrome, and a computer capable of running the necessary software for your chosen course. Specific software requirements are listed on the respective course pages.

Can I download the videos to work offline?

No, we don’t allow video downloads to avoid piracy.

Is there a mobile app available for learning on the go?
