- Plan type: Refunds are only eligible on our Unlimited Annual plan, not our Unlimited monthly plan. Due to the high monthly cost associated to with a paid user's account, there is no refund option for Unlimited Monthly.
-Time Frame: The refund request must be submitted within 365 days of the purchase date.
-First Payment: Refunds are only eligible on your first ever subscription to Futurise independent of the plan type.
