Description

Get a clean list of high intent website leads sent to a Google Sheet every morning. Sales and marketing teams get a ready to work list without manual exports or copy paste. The goal is simple. Pull fresh leads, enrich them, qualify them, and save only the best.

A daily schedule starts the run. The setup step stores the account allowlist and the target Google Sheet link. The flow calls the Leadfeeder API to load accounts, splits them, and keeps only the accounts you want. For each account, it fetches yesterday to today leads, splits each lead, and checks engagement. Company domains are sent to Clearbit for enrichment. A second filter keeps firms that match your target profile. Qualified leads are then appended to Google Sheets.

You need a Leadfeeder API token, a Clearbit API key, and Google Sheets access. Expect faster prospecting, better data, and fewer manual steps. Great for account based marketing, B2B teams, and agencies that need a daily list of warm companies. Adjust the schedule, filters, and sheet mapping to match your goals.

How to set this up?

  1. Import the template into n8n: Create a new workflow in n8n > Click the three dots menu > Select 'Import from File' > Choose the downloaded JSON file.
  2. You'll need accounts with Leadfeeder, Clearbit and Google Sheets. See the Tools Required section above for links to create accounts with these services.
  3. Open the Schedule Trigger node and set the hour you want the run to start. Save the change.
  4. Set Leadfeeder credentials: double click the Get all Leadfeeder accounts node, select Credential to connect with, click Create new credential, choose HTTP Header Auth, set Header Name to Authorization and Value to Token token=YOUR_API_TOKEN, then save. Use the same credential on the Get Leads node.
  5. Create Clearbit credentials: double click the Enrich company node, in Credential to connect with click Create new credential, enter your Clearbit API key from the Clearbit dashboard API page, and save.
  6. Connect Google Sheets: double click the Save leads to Google Sheets node, click Create new credential, choose Google Sheets OAuth2, sign in with the account that owns the target sheet, and approve access.
  7. Open the Setup node and update the Leadfeeder Accounts array with the exact account names you want. Paste the URL of your Google Sheet into the provided field.
  8. Adjust filters: open Filter leads by engagement and set your thresholds. Open Filter Leads by company criteria and set rules like employee count or industry.
  9. Run a test: execute the workflow once. Watch the Split and Filter nodes to confirm items are passing as expected. Check the Enrich company node output for valid domains.
  10. Open your Google Sheet and confirm that new rows were added with the fields you expect. If no rows appear, review the filter settings and try lower thresholds.
  11. Troubleshoot common issues: 401 on Leadfeeder means the Authorization header or token is wrong. Empty enrichment means the website domain was missing. Google Sheets write errors often require sharing the sheet with the authorized Google account.
  12. When everything looks good, activate the workflow so it runs on schedule each day.
