ppt to ppt - template to unlock for editing

How do I take a youtube video using the template given - uses Gamma workflow - to create a ppt for editing when Gamma says the domain will not let it create a ppt from the youtube because of the domain being locked or something or else I would like to go from ppt to ppt as well ( password protected - I cannot remember it ) which might be easier. Just want to edit for currency is all and some of the original youtube is very dry for little kids so I want to follow the content but make it more interesting for them. Can someone create a pipeline for me?
